Madelaine Yates got her creative start at art school in Sydney. She then moved to Florence, Italy & while there, studied silversmithing for 3 years. She then returned to Australia & set up her studio 'i-kandee,' in Sydney.

Art school provided Madeleine with the perfect foundation in creativity & colour, while jewellery training gave her the skills to achieve quality work.

Madeleine uses sterling & her own unique coloured resin to merge clean design with playful whimsy & the emotional pull of colour.
